That’s what you’ll find at ILTA ‘08, the 31st annual educational conference of the International Legal Technology Association.  This four-day event, featuring educational content across 26 tracks, is globally regarded as the place to make the connections.  Our 2008 conference is themed:  Global Perspective, Peer Advantage.  This year we move to the beautiful Gaylord Texan in historic Grapevine, Texas, just five miles from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, August 25 – 28.

At ILTA ‘08 you’ll discover that our conference attracts technology professionals and decision makers sharing knowledge about current technology, exploring best practices and learning from the experiences of their peers.

Our educational sessions, social events, exhibit hall and demo rooms are outlets for creative thinking. This is one of the best educational values in the legal industry.

Our Exhibit Hall will be the home to 180 booths, and we are looking to you, our vendors, to provide us with amazing software and hardware solutions!

Below is complete information regarding Exhibit Hall activities, general information and instructions for vendor and consultant registration.

ACTIVITIES IN THE EXHIBIT HALL:

VENDOR RECEPTION: 
Monday night, it’s ILTA’s Vendor Grand Prix.  The Longhorn Exhibit Hall will be transformed into an international Grand Prix race course for our exhibitors and their products. Members will follow the race course to and make pit stops at exhibitor booths while enjoying prize-winning food and drink.

EXHIBIT HALL OPENING:
Scheduled for Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. All attendees will be encouraged to attend the grand opening, as no sessions are scheduled during the scheduled break.

VENDOR BINGO: 
Attendees will be visiting each booth to receive information about product offerings and to get their card stamped.  The Vendor Bingo Drawing will be held on Thursday at 11:45a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall.

LUNCH IN EXHIBIT HALL: 
Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the Exhibit Hall.

LONG SESSION BREAKS IN THE EXHIBIT HALL: 
Coffee Breaks are on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m., and afternoon breaks on Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. and Wednesday afternoon from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.

CYBER CAFÉ, LAPTOP ISLAND, PRINTING AREA:  
The Cyber Café is located in the Longhorn Exhibit Hall this year, along with our Laptop Island, where people can connect their laptops to the Internet; and printers will be set up for attendees to print copies of presentation handouts if they wish.

ILTA ‘08 - VENDOR MEETING:
Join us on Monday from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. for our annual vendor meeting. Randi Mayes, Executive Director of ILTA, and Peggy Wechsler, Program Director and Vendor Liaison of ILTA, will discuss conference activities and update you on current ILTA news.

PRIVATE VENDOR PARTIES:
Wednesday night is available for private vendor parties.  If you wish to have a private event at any time during the conference, please contact Peggy Wechsler to discuss dates and event space availability.

OFFICIAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR:
GES Exposition Services is the Official Service Contractor for the Exhibit Hall. Information on obtaining forms for ordering auxiliary services will be forwarded to you 45 days prior to show time by GES. GES Exposition Services, 800.475.2098

EQUIPMENT RENTAL /PHONE SERVICE /INTERNET ACCESS:
Information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit furnished by GES.
